Zumba This Morning

 
It was all about Zumba today!  I think I worked every muscle that's in my body.....LOL But I feel great though.  What are you working on today?  Yes, YOU!!!! 

I focused strictly on cardio and feel great.  I have my first weigh in this Sunday.  I am pretty hyped about it because I've worked really hard these past three days.  I want to amp up my cardio, but my calve muscles are SUPER tight.  I don't want to injure anything.  I will stick with 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight training, then cool down.
