I am sitting here listening to "Overflow" by William Murphy. Physically I am tired, but I am feeling great. I was up and at the gym at 0500.
Accomplished:
- 100 crunches
- 25 Minutes of Running on the Treadmill
- 30 Minutes of Weight Training
- Stretches
I've learned that waking up this morning at 0430 is a mind thing. The devil tried to get me several times before walking out the door. But I pushed through! So proud of myself.
