Exercise to Be Fit

Good Morning!

I am streaming Pandora this morning.  "It's Over Now" by Kirk Franklin and Nu Nation is currently playing.  "The storm is over now!"  I love the words to this song.

It was a struggle to get up this morning.  I didn't go to bed until 11:30pm and did not get a nap yesterday.  I had an eventful day which led to not completing my to do list in an orderly fashion.


Accomplished:

  • 100 crunches
  • 28 Minutes of on the Stationery Bike = 7 miles
  • 30 Minutes of Weight Training
  • Stretches

I must say this is only day 2 and it's been a struggle.  Once I make it to the gym I am okay. It's getting out of bed and out the door that's the hardest.  It will get better over time.
